If an error was made on our end, I will gladly make it right through one of the following:

• Store credit

• Partial or full replacement of the product

• A discount on a future order

  Please note that once a product has been consumed (in full or majority), I am unable to verify the concern, and store credit or replacements may not be offered.

Pick up Responsibility:

When an order leaves our hands-whether picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damages that occur in transit, due to improper handling or environmental conditions such as heat exposure, dropping etc.
